Returns & Exchanges

At Tanner’s Pride, we want you to love what you purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Policy

* You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it for store credit or exchange.
* Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
* Returns missing tags or components may incur a processing fee.

> ⚠️ Items returned after 7 days are *not eligible* for refund or exchange. However, our support team will try their best to assist you.

Important Guidelines

* Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged.
* If the item inside is damaged, please contact us immediately.
* All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and stored in the dust bags provided until you decide to keep them.
* Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
* Due to hygiene reasons, face masks cannot be returned.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

How to Request a Return

1. Send a 30-second video of the product clearly showing its condition.
2. Email us at [support@tannerspride.com](mailto:support@tannerspride.com) with the subject line: Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number].

 

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.
* Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
* Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to evaluate your returned item.

> ❗ If an item is returned in used condition and is not eligible for refund/exchange, return shipping charges will apply if you wish to get the item sent back.

 

Exchanges

* Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
* To request an exchange, send a 30-second video and email us at [support@tannerspride.com](mailto:support@tannerspride.com) with the subject line: Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number].

> 🔁 Only one exchange request per item is allowed per order.
> Once exchanged, the item is no longer eligible for any further returns or exchanges.

 

Return Shipping

* For customers within India: We offer reverse pickup service. Keep the item packed and ready.

* For international customers: Kindly use a reliable courier to return the product at your own cost.

> ❗ Shipping charges are non-refundable. Safe return of the product is the customer's responsibility.

 

Order Cancellations

* Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped.
* To cancel, email us at [support@tannerspride.com](mailto:support@tannerspride.com) with the subject: Order Cancellation - #[Order Number], along with the reason for cancellation.
* Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
