10-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

At Tanners Pride, every product is handcrafted with premium full-grain leather. If your order doesn't meet your expectations or you received the wrong size, we make returns and exchanges straightforward.

Eligible for Return / Exchange: - Product received in wrong size, colour, or model - Manufacturing defect (stitching failure, hardware fault) - Significant colour difference from product photos - Damaged product upon arrival (with unboxing proof)

Not Eligible for Return: - Products that have been used, worn, or conditioned - Custom embossed or personalized items - Clearance or final-sale items - Normal leather natural markings and patina development - Requests made after 10 days from delivery

4-Step Return Process: 1. Initiate Request: Use your [Customer Account Order Details](/account/orders) or our [Return Portal](/returns) within 10 days of delivery. 2. Review & Approval: Our team reviews your request within 24 hours. A prepaid pickup is scheduled for eligible return reasons. 3. Safe Packaging: Pack the product in its original box with all tags intact. 4. Inspection & Refund: Once inspected (2–3 business days), refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
